NDLS - Noodles & Co says CFO Carl Lukach to retire

  • Noodles & Co ( NASDAQ: NDLS ) on Thursday said its CFO Carl Lukach had resigned, effective June 9.
  • "(Lukach) has accepted a similar role at a company in the retail industry which will allow him to be closer to family," NDLS said in a statement .
  • NDLS top boss Dave Boennighausen will serve as interim CFO while the company conducts a formal search for Lukach's successor.
  • Boennighausen had previously served as the company’s CFO from 2012 to 2017.
