June 4 , 2024 – TheNewswire – Coquitlam, BC, NordPrecious Metals Mining Inc., (TSXV: NTH) (OTCQB:CCWOF) (Frankfurt: 4T9B) (the "Company" or "Nord” or“Nord Precious Metals”) announcesit has granted stock options to its directorsand officers to purchase an aggregate of 1,800,000 common shares inthe capital of the Company. The stock options are exercisable for aterm of two five years at an exercise price of $0.05 per share.  Allstock options are granted in accordance with the terms of theCompany’s Stock Option Plan and the policies of the TSX VentureExchange and will be subject to a hold period of four months and oneday from the date of grant.
