• Northern Dynasty (Pebble Partnership) and the State of Alaska are appealing the USACE decision about the Pebble Project.
• There appears to be a high risk that the EPA vetoes Pebble, resulting in the necessity for further litigation from Northern Dynasty/Pebble and potentially Alaska.
• The mine economics are uncertain since any final mine plan that is approved may be substantially different than the options in the 2011 PEA.
• The 2011 PEA itself is pretty outdated due to both increased costs and improved long-term commodity prices since 10 years ago.
