Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - September 8, 2025 – Northern Lights Resources Corp. (“Northern Lights” or the“Company”) (CSE: NLR) (OTC: NLRCF) , is pleased to announcea non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up toC$400,000 consisting of units (the "Units") offered at aprice of $0.05 per Unit (the "Offering").
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company (a"Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a"Warrant"). Each Warrant will be exercisable at a price of$0.06 into one common share for a period of 36 months from the date ofissue.
The proceeds of the Offering will be applied to advancing theCompany’s Horetzky Project located in the Babine Copper PorphyryBelt of Central British Columbia and other exploration and workingcapital requirements.
No finders fees are payable in connection with the Offering.
The securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a holdperiod under applicable securities laws in Canada expiring four monthsand one day from the closing date of the Offering.
