NWE - NorthWestern prices public offering

NorthWestern (NASDAQ:NWE) prices its public offering of 6.07M shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $53.50 per share. Company is selling directly about 1.4M shares to the underwriters and the  and the Forward Seller is borrowing and selling to such underwriters 4.67M shares in connection with the forward sale agreement. Company has granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to 911,215 additional shares either directly from the company or from the forward seller. Net proceeds to fund capital expenditures, help repay or refinance debt and for other general corporate purposes.
