We were asked about our opinion on Harley-DavidsonInc. (HOG), and as such we decided to "put pen to paper" as they say. The name fell to $30 a share following our July call to avoid the name on the uncertainty. That said, HOG began a rally last month that was capped by a somewhat positive earnings report, in which shares rallied to $40. Now, it has pulled back again and is at about the price where we last covered it. Here is the problem. The bottom line is that less people
