Toronto, ON – TheNewswire - March 24, 2021 - NTG Clarity Networks Inc.(TSXV:NCI); (OTC:NYWKF ); NTG Clarity is pleased to provide acorporate update.
With regards to the MOU announced on February 16, 2021with a majorbank for $2.5 Million CAD, NTG is finalizing the hiring of the first10 resources for off shoring with the bank. In the meantime, the bankis working on issuing the first PO for these resources estimated to be$425,000 CAD. Work will begin once the onboarding of these resourcesis complete, as most of them have to give notice to their currentemployers that usually range in the Middle East between one to twomonths.
Additionally, NTG has started to work on a new project onsite for theabove major bank with estimated value of $335,000 CAD.
With regards to Q4 and NTG’s year end 2020 results, we are on targetto complete the audit and announce these results before the end ofApril as per the Ontario Securities Commission/TSX reportingrequirements.
