NYWKF - NTG Clarity Receives a Five-Year LOI Valued at $4.5M CAD

Toronto, ON – TheNewswire - September 27, 2021 - NTG Clarity NetworksInc. (TSXV:NCI); (OTC:NYWKF); NTG Clarity is pleased toannounce that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a value ofapproximately $4.5M CAD for the purchase of its Asset Management,Network Discovery, Discrepancy and Reconciliation software. Thisamount covers the software license, implementation, support,maintenance and training. The work on this project will startimmediately. The first phase of this project is expected to becompleted by the end of this year and it is estimated to be worth$1.5M CAD.
NTG Asset Management is a feature-rich Network Inventory andConfiguration system that tracks the network operators’ assets andtheir configuration. An independent module that works with NTG AssetManagement and other vendor’s systems is NTG’s Network Discovery,Discrepancy and Reconciliation Module (NDDR). NDDR is a flexibleplatform allowing telecom operators to view network data, comparenetwork data with the inventory module, and post selective updates tocorrect inventory data. NDDR is designed to work independently of theNetwork Elements vendors or inventory providers. NDDR enables telecomoperators to locate missing inventory, avoid failed provisioning, andenhance network change management processes to avoid discrepancies.
Most new features of this system are based on the NTGapps platformthat enables the telecom operators’ easy and seamless DigitalTransformation and gives the telecom operators a full suite of digitaltools to enable them to perform their jobs in a simple efficientmanner.
