(TSXV:NCI) With regards to the $4.5M CAD Letter of Intent(LOI) announced on September 27, 2021, NTG Clarity is pleased to announce that it has received the first purchaseorder (PO) with a value of approximately $1.22M CAD for the license ofits Asset Management, Network D iscovery, Discrepancy and Reconciliationsoftware. The Software License was delivered to the customer and aninvoice for the total PO amount will be issued shortly.
NTG Asset Management is a feature-rich Network Inventory andConfiguration system that tracks the network operators’ assets andtheir configuration. An independent module that works with NTG AssetManagement and other vendor’s systems is NTG’s Network Discovery,Discrepancy and Reconciliation Module (NDDR). NDDR is a flexibleplatform allowing telecom operators to view network data, comparenetwork data with the inventory module, and post selective updates tocorrect inventory data. NDDR is designed to work independently of theNetwork Elements vendors or inventory providers. NDDR enables telecomoperators to locate missing inventory, avoid failed provisioning, andenhance network change management processes to avoid discrepancies.
