NTDTY - NTT DATA agrees to acquire New York digital strategy & design firm

NTT DATA (OTCPK:NTDTY) has agreed to acquire New York-based digital strategy, design, and engineering company, Postlight. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to advance NTT DATA’s creative design capabilities. It also progresses the firm's continued multi-year strategy to drive the next phase of digital transformation in the market. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close this month.
