• Nuvve ( NASDAQ: NVVE ) shares dropped ~3% pre-market on Wednesday after the firm priced its $14M securities offering .
• The offering consists of 2.15M shares of common stock, issued at $3.50/share; pre-funded warrants to purchase 1.85M common shares, issued at 3.4999/pre-funded warrant; and warrants to purchase 4M shares, with a per share exercise price of $3.75, which are exercisable six months from closing for a period of five years.
