CHRA - NYSE notifies Charah Solutions of non-compliance with minimum share price requirement
- NYSE has sent a written notice to the environmental services company Charah Solutions ( NYSE: CHRA ) on its average closing price of shares having been below $1.00 per share over the prior consecutive 30 trading-day period.
- $1.00 is the minimum average share price for continued listing on NYSE.
- The company intends to respond to the stock exchange within 10 business days.
- Charah Solutions has a six-month period to bring its closing share price and average closing share price to above $1.00.
- The company said it was considering all available options to regain compliance, including the consummation of a previously announced reverse stock split .
