Oceaneering International ( NYSE: OII ) intends to offer $200M aggregate principal amount of additional 6.000% Senior Notes due 2028 via private placement.
The $200M notes will form a single series with $300M notes that are due in 2028.
Net proceeds along with cash on hand, if necessary, to fund the purchase of any and all of its 4.650% Senior Notes due 2024.
