OceanPal ( NASDAQ: OP ) said on Tuesday that it has received a Nasdaq notice confirming that the shipping company has regained compliance with the stock exchange's minimum bid price rule.
The company had said earlier this month that it was set to effect 1-for-20 reverse stock split to regain compliance.
The stock exchange now considers the matter closed.
