OFG - OFG Bancorp Adjourns Annual Meeting Due to COVID-19 Concerns

OFG Bancorp (NYSE:OFG) today announced the adjournment of its annual meeting until 10:00 AM ET, Wednesday, May 20, 2020. The Company will continue to closely monitor the Puerto Rico government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and may adjourn the meeting again to a later date if stay-at-home restrictions are extended past the date of the meeting. OFG will keep its stockholders informed of all updates relating to the annual meeting as they become available.
