OCCI - OFS Credit estimated net asset value continues slump in May

OFS Credit Company's ( NASDAQ: OCCI ) unaudited estimate of its net asset value per share was $8.04-$8.14 at May 31, down from the $8.43-$8.53 estimate in the prior month, it said Friday.
The investment firm, which mostly invests in collateralized loan obligation equity and debt securities, noted the estimate did not undergo its typical quarter-end financial closing procedures.
Its NAV, based on assets divided by shares outstanding, decelerated from $11.18 in the year-ago period.
