OCCI - OFS Credit estimated net asset value falls in September
- OFS Credit Company ( NASDAQ: OCCI ) on Wednesday said it estimated net asset value (NAV) per share of $9.94 to $10.04 as of Sept. 30, 2022.
- The company had estimated NAV per share of $11.09 to $11.19 as of Aug. 31, 2022.
- The estimated NAV per share range as of Sept. 30 "is not a comprehensive statement of our financial condition or results for the month ended September 30, 2022," OCCI said in a statement .
- OCCI stock earlier closed -1.4% at $8.04
