OCCI - OFS Credit net asset value slips in November amid pandemic risks

OFS Credit Company's (NASDAQ:OCCI) estimated net asset value per share of $13.90-14.00 edges lower in November from $13.94-14.04 in October. The pandemic "presents material uncertainty and risks with respect to the underlying value of the Company's investments, financial condition, results of operations and cash flows," the company says. Additionally, OFS Credit (OCCI) could experience a material impact on its future net investment income to the extent the company's portfolio investments are adversely impacted by the effects of the pandemic. Still, shares of OCCI gain 1.6% in pre-market trading. Earlier, OFC Credit reported Q4 results.
