Bankrupt telecom Oi (NYSE:OIBR.C) has agreed to an exclusivity pact with Telefônica Brasil (NYSE:VIV), Telecom Italia unit TIM Participações (NYSE:TSU) and América Móvil's Claro (NYSE:AMX) on their revised joint bid for Oi's mobile unit, Bloomberg reports.
