OIS - Oil States to pay $10M issue 1.9M shares in settlement with HCperf
Oil States International ( NYSE: OIS ) on Thursday disclosed a settlement agreement with HCperf Holdings related to disputes in connection with the company's acquisition of GEODynamics, in which it agreed to pay $10M and issue 1.91M common shares to HCperf.
Oil States ( OIS ) bought GEODynamics in December 2017 for $525M in cash and stock.
Oil States International ( OIS ) has provided "meandering growth," and negative cash flows are a concern, "but with robust liquidity, the financial risks are low," Badsha Chowdhury writes in an analysis published recently on Seeking Alpha .
