OKYO Pharma ( NASDAQ: OKYO-OLD ) said on Friday that Nasdaq had notified it that for the previous 30 consecutive business days, the market value of OKYO's ordinary shares had closed below the minimum $35M requirement.
OKYO shares fell 6.4% in extended trading.
Nasdaq notice has no immediate effect on listing of OKYO's ordinary shares.
