  • Okyo Pharma ( NASDAQ: OKYO ) said Panetta Partners, an entity in which the company's Executive Chairman Gabriele Cerrone has a beneficial interest, bought 10K ADSs at US$1.40 per ADS (American depositary shares).
  • The ADSs would be equivalent to buying 650K ordinary shares of the company at £0.0175 apiece, the U.K.-based company added .
