Old Republic International ([[ORI]] -1.3%) announces formation of a new venture to provide commercial Inland Marine insurance solutions.The company to be named Old Republic Inland Marine ((ORIM)) will further expand Old Republic's general insurance and related services with focus on specialized Inland Marine products through retail and wholesale distribution channels. It will be led by Matt Bisig as President. "Capital requirements will be extended by Old Republic from internally available capital funds and operating infrastructure will be provided by the overall resources of its general insurance group subsidiaries," report.Previously (Jan. 28): Old Republic Q4 beats as title insurance strength offsets general insurance dip
