ORI - Old Republic Title acquires Houston-based Veritas Title Partners

Insurance holding company Old Republic Title ( NYSE: ORI ) on Monday said it had acquired the operating assets of Veritas Title Partners.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Veritas is a Houston-based commercial escrow services and underwriting services provider.
"The acquisition adds to Old Republic Title's existing network of direct operations that includes more than 275 branch and subsidiary office locations nationwide," ORI said in a statement .
