  • The company intends to enter into a forward sale agreement with Bank of America.
  • Underwriter's have an option to purchase up to 300K additional shares.
  • Settlement of the forward sale agreement is expected to occur by December 29, 2023 with respect to 1,400,000 shares of ONE Gas' common stock with the balance being settled by December 31, 2024.
