• The portfolio is largely investment-grade bank debt and non-bank financial securities. These are nice diversifiers to other types of debt.
• DYFN's NAV has been up every month since inception but the price has not. We would be buyers of the fund's shares at a -6% discount.
• Be mindful of liquidity in this fund - both of the fund itself (just 17K shares trade daily) and the underlying holdings.
