OCFT - OneConnect Financial Technology proposes dual listing on Stock Exchange of Hong Kong

OneConnect Financial Technology (NYSE:OCFT) +3.5% on Tuesday has announced its dual primary listing of its shares through the debut on Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Shares are expected to commence trading on Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on June 28, 2022 under the stock code “6638”. The fintech company told shares will be traded in board lots of 500 shares,. The dual listing follows its primarily listing of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 3 shares, on New York Stock Exchange that is said to remain listed and continue trading. Further in connection with the OneConnect's expected listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, its depositary facility for ADSs is expected to be closed for the deposits of its shares and will re-open on November 14, 2022, report.
