OneWater Marine ( NASDAQ: ONEW ) has agreed to acquire Taylor Marine Centers to expand its footprint in the Mid-Atlantic U.S.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the next 90 days.
Taylor Marine Centers is a third-generation, family-owned boat dealer, racking up ~$29M in sales over the past 12 months. The acquisition will enhance OneWater Marine's ( ONEW ) new and pre-owned boat sales, finance, and parts and services offerings.
