T-H Marine, a subsidiary of recreational boat retailer OneWater Marine (NASDAQ:ONEW), has acquired Houston, Texas-based kayak equipment, paddle sports accessories, and boat mounting accessories supplier, YakGear. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. YakGear is T-H Marine's second acquisition of 2022. The company will continue to operate as a standalone division of T-H Marine at its current facility in Houston, Texas.
