ONEXF - Onex Partners to buy Fidelity Building Services Group

Onex Corporation (OTCPK:ONEXF) announces that Onex Partners V, Onex’s $7.2 billion fund, has agreed to acquire Fidelity Building Services Group, in partnership with the company’s management team. With this transaction, Onex Partners V will be ~73% invested. The economic terms were not disclosed. Fidelity BSG provides technical building solutions for the commercial and industrial facilities market, delivering non-discretionary services through every phase of a building’s lifecycle. The transaction is anticipated to close later this year, subject to customary closing conditions.
