OG - Onion Global announces $10M in private share repurchase

Onion Global ( NYSE: OG ) entered into a private share repurchase agreement with a third party investor on a privately negotiated basis.
Under agreement terms, the company shall purchase and acquire 2.07M ADS representing 206,890 Class A ordinary shares from the selling shareholder.
Total purchase price of the repurchase ADSs is $10M.
The closing of the private share repurchase is expected to occur within three business days from June 29, 2022.
