(TSXV:OPW ) ( FSE:A2PEAD) (OTC:OPWEF ) (the“ Company ” or Opawica ”) announces that further to the newsrelease dated November 10, 2022, the Viewpoint docuseries whereOpawica is featured has yet to air due to scheduling conflicts. Theepisode featuring Opawica was originally scheduled to air in December2022 as previously announced.
An educational documentary series “Viewpoint withDennis Quaid” (Viewpoint”) produces educational documentaries on arange of topics including business, technology, travel, health, andculture – with a focus on highlighting innovation around the world.Viewpoint is distributed nationwide in the United States throughpublic television stations and major networks.

Background
In 2021, Viewpoint producers reached out to the CEO ofOpawica Explorations Inc. Blake Morgan, as part of their search for afeatured company to headline a planned episode on Junior Mining andExploration in Canada. After several months of discussions with seniorproducers and writers, the Company was chosen and offered the chanceto participate. Given the educational aim of the series, one of theprimary goals of the episode will be to bring attention to Opawica andtheir impact on mineral exploration. Opawica’s use of AI technology,it’s CEO and elite projects fit this mandate, and were significantcontributing factors in Viewpoint’s selection.
Opawica’s management and Viewpoint production teambegan filming on May 24 th , 2022 and created content to be released toover 60 million homes in 2022. In addition to the final productsdesigned for television release, the Company will also retain all thehigh-definition raw camera footage (5+ hours) for potential futureuse.
