- Optex Systems ( OTCQB:OPXS ) stock climbs 17.5% on Thursday after the firm announced a modified Dutch auction tender offer to buy up to $4.25M of shares at a price not greater than $2.75 nor less than $2.35 per share (in multiples of $0.10 per share).
- The offer is not conditioned on any minimum number of shares being tendered.
- The offer will expire at 5 pm, ET, on Sept. 15, unless the offer is extended.
- Shareholders must tender their shares prior to the offer's expiration and may withdraw any tendered shares at any time prior to the expiration.
- Shares of OPXS have gained 24.2% YTD.
