OPCH - Option Care Health announces secondary offering of 11M shares of common stock

Option Care Health Inc.
  • Option Care Health ( NASDAQ: OPCH ) on Tuesday said that one of its selling shareholders - an affiliate of Walgreens Boots Alliance ( WBA ) - had agreed to sell 11M shares of the company in a secondary offering.
  • Option Care will not get any proceeds from the offering.
  • The sale of shares represents about 6% of the current outstanding float, OPCH said in a statement .
  • Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as the sole underwriter for the offering.
  • Option Care Health ( OPCH ) stock earlier closed -0.9% at $34.84.
