OPCH - Option Care Health enters secondary offering of 10M shares

Option Care Health (OPCH) announces that an affiliate of Madison Dearborn Partners has agreed to sell 10M shares in an underwritten public offering.The selling stockholder has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.5M additional shares.The company highlighted that it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.Upon completion of the offering, the selling stockholder’s interest in the company will be reduced to 41.7% of the outstanding shares compared to the current 47.3%.Shares down marginally during after-market trading.
