OPCH - Option Care Health launches 10M shares secondary offering

Option Care Health (OPCH) traded 2.1% lower post market after announcing that an affiliate of Madison Dearborn Partners (selling stockholder) has agreed to sell 10M shares in an underwritten public offering.Selling stockholder granted underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.5M additional shares.The company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.This sale of shares represents ~5.6% of the current shares outstanding.On offer completion, selling stockholder's interest in the company will be reduced to 58% of the outstanding shares from the current 63.6%.
