OPCH - Option Care Health launches 12M-share secondary offering

Option Care Health's (OPCH) selling stockholder, an affiliate of Madison Dearborn Partners has agreed to sell ~6.7% of its stake, representing 12M common shares in a public offering.Underwriter's over-allotment is an additional 1.8M shares.The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering. Upon completion of this offering, the selling stockholder’s interest will be reduced to 47.3% of the outstanding shares from the current 54.0%.Price and other terms are not yet determined.Shares down 4% after-hours. Yesterday's close was $21.32.
