OPCH - Option Care Health prices upsized secondary stock offering at $20

Option Care Health (OPCH) has priced upsized public offering of 15M common shares (from 10M), offered by an affiliate Madison Dearborn Partners (the “Selling Stockholder”) at $20.00/share.Underwriter's over-allotment is an additional 2.25M shares.The Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.Closing date is June 10. Upon completion of this offering, the Selling Stockholder’s interest in the Company will be reduced to 38.9% from the current 47.3%.Previously (June 8): Option Care Health enters secondary offering of 10M shares
