  • Shares +54.5% at 22 cents in after market hours.
  • After the reverse stock split takes effect, the number of authorized shares will be reduced from 250 million shares to 4.2 million shares.
  • The company’s common stock is expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis when markets open on January 23, 2023.
