OGEN - Oragenics regains compliance with NYSE's continued listing standards
- Oragenics ( NYSE: OGEN ) said NYSE has notified the biotech company about having regained compliance with the stock exchange's continued listing standards.
- The Feb. 1 notice indicated that the company has resolved the continued listing deficiency with respect to its low selling price.
- OGEN had announced a 1-for-60 reverse stock split in December 2022.
- The stock exchange said the company has been removed from the NYSE American noncompliant issuers list.
