CMD - Organogenesis jumps 12% on addition to SmallCap 600; CROX dips on move

Organogenesis Holdings (ORGO) is up 11.9% after hours on word that it's moving into the S&P SmallCap 600 index. It's going there to replace Crocs (CROX), which itself is moving up into the S&P MidCap 400 to replace Cantel Medical (CMD). Crocs is 3.5% lower postmarket. Cantel Medical is set to be acquired by STERIS. The moves are effective before the open of trading on Wednesday, June 2.
