("Trichome Financial") and 22 Capital Corp., it has acquired 5,769,132 common shares of the amalgamated Trichome Financial, representing approximately 23% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Trichome Financial. The acquisition occurred by operation of law in connection with the amalgamation.
