OEC - Orion Engineered Carbons' CFO Lorin Crenshaw steps down

Orion Engineered Carbons (NYSE:OEC) has announced CFO transition. Lorin Crenshaw has stepped down as the company's CFO to accept a leadership role at another public company. He will continue as an adviser with Orion until November 21, 2021. Orion has initiated a search to permanently fill its CFO position. In the meantime, Bob Hrivnak will take over as Interim CFO with immediate effect. Hrivnak joined the company in 2020 as chief accounting officer. Orion Engineered Carbons is scheduled to release its 3Q21 results after the market closes on November 4, 2021. The company had exceeded analysts estimates with its 2Q21 results.
