Oscar Health (OSCR) to list on NYSE through initial public offering of 31M Class A common stock at initial estimated price of $32-$34 per share, consisting of ~30.35M shares offered by the company and ~649.1K offered by certain existing stockholders.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 4.65M of Class A common stock.Major competitors include: UnitedHealth Group (UNH), Aetna, Anthem (ANTM), Centene (CNC), Cigna (CI), CVS Health (CVS), Humana (HUM) and Kaiser Foundation.According to a 2020 Grand View Research report, the global market for healthcare insurance was an estimated $2.4T in 2019 and is expected to reach $4T by 2027, representing a forecast CAGR of 6.7% from 2020 to 2027.
