OSCR - Oscar Health partners with HCA Healthcare across five Texas markets

Oscar Health (NYSE:OSCR) announced a collaboration with HCA Healthcare (NYSE:HCA) to offer connected health insurance and care across five markets in Texas, namely, El Paso, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Per the terms, HCA Healthcare’s (HCA) providers and facilities will become in-network for Oscar’s (OSCR) Individual and Family health insurance plans effective immediately. In addition, Oscar Individual and Family health plans will be made available from Jan. 01 on the federal health insurance exchange for residents living in the company’s coverage area in Texas. The products will include coverage for HCA Healthcare’s (HCA) network of providers and services in El Paso and San Antonio. Oscar’s (OSCR) partnership for the Texas market follows another agreement with four health systems in Chicago, as announced last month.
