OSIIF - Osino Resources promotes internal candidate to CFO position

Osino Resources (OSIIF) promoted 20-years industry veteran Tony da Silva to CFO from his earlier position of Finance Director of Osino's operating subsidiaries since 2017.Former CFO Alan Rootenberg has left the company.The company granted 136.8K restricted share units to certain key executives; each RSU represents the right to receive, once vested, one share in the capital for every RSU held.Also, it granted stock options to purchase 1.5M shares at $1.25/share for a five-year term.
