CALGARY, Canada – TheNewswire - Nov. 22, 2023 – Pambili Natural Resources Corporation (“ Pambili ” or the “ Company ”) (TSXV:PNN), announces that at the opening of trading on Thursday, Nov.23, 2023, the common shares of the Company will be posted for tradingon a consolidated basis.
In accordance with the previously announced shareconsolidation, shareholders of the Company will be entitled to receiveone (1) post-consolidation common share of the Corporation (newshare), for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common share of theCompany (old shares) currently held. After giving effect to theconsolidation, the Company will have approximately 25,953,445 postconsolidation common shares issued and outstanding. The trading symbolwill remain “PNN.” The new CUSIP number will be 69764T206 and the new ISIN number willbe CA69764T2065.
Letters of transmittal to be used to exchange sharecertificates representing old shares for share certificatesrepresenting new shares were mailed to registered shareholders on orabout Nov. 22, 2023.
There will be no name change or trading symbol changein conjunction with the consolidation.
The consolidation was approved by the Company’sshareholders at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on Dec.28, 2022.
