Pampa Metals ( OTCQB:PMMCF ) said Tuesday it launched a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 5,333,334 units at $0.15 per unit.
The gross proceeds from the offering is expected to be up to $800,000.
Proceeds will be used to support the previously announced ~2,100m diamond drill program of 3 deep holes at the Buenavista target and the Block 4 Project more broadly.
