PGNRF - Pan Global raise bought deal financing to C$12M

Led by strong demand, Pan Global Resources (PGNRF) increased its earlier announced private placement financing to C$12M from C$10M announced earlier.Underwriters agreed to purchase 20M shares (earlier 16.7M shares) for gross proceeds of ~C$10M with an option for over-allotments for an additional 3M shares for additional gross proceeds of C$1.8M.If the over-allotment option is fully exercised, total gross proceeds of the offering are expected to be C$13.8M.Offer is expected to close on or about June 4.
