Panbela Therapeutics ( NASDAQ: PBLA ) said Monday it received a patent in Australia for a novel process to produce SBP-101, its lead investigational product to treat pancreatic cancer tumors.
The company was issued the Australian patent 2019213664 titled "METHODS FOR PRODUCING (6S,15S)-3,8,13,18- TETRAAZAICOSANE-6,15-DIOL".
The patent was developed in collaboration with Syngene International.
